A "Silent/Invisible Tracking" mode is a direct conflict with the disclosure standard the DPDP Act's employer-monitoring guidance points toward - clear notice of what's collected, why, and by whom, before or at the point of collection. Whether or how a firm actually enables that mode is a policy decision for whoever configures Time Champ, but the option existing at all is a structural difference from a product that never built it.
